Wasco Residents Arrested on Drug and Delinquency Charges
Luis Salgado Malfavon, 43, of Wasco, was booked for stalking, possession of and possession of drug paraphernalia. Steven Majano, 19, of Wasco, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Both arrests reported March 18, 1998. Malfavon booked into Lerdo Pre-Trial and Majano cited to appear in court and released.
