Cotton seed board picks Art Klepper for term
Art Klepper of Caruthers a cotton and diversified farmer is chosen to fill the unexpired term of Joe Cardwell on the Cali Planting Cotton Seed Distributors board. Klepper will serve until July 1966 as one of seven growers directing policy for the nonprofit seed producer with a five member advisory panel.
