Seymour police tied a May coordinated burglary sweep to 18 arrests. Two men, Dennis E. Clark and John Michael Terkhorn, face burglary charges. 16 juveniles are charged with juvenile delinquency shoplifting and one with receiving stolen goods.

Seymour and Brownstown Commencements Set Tonight
Commencement exercises for Seymour Senior High School and Brownstown Central High School will start at 8 p m at both campuses. A total of 212 Seymour seniors will receive diplomas in the auditorium, six students will not participate, and 218 are enrolled in the class. At Brownstown Central, 49 seniors will graduate in the auditorium. Seymour Community Schools returned to class briefly to collect final grade cards for 1962 63.

Starve Hollows Beach Area Opens Saturday at Lake
Starve Hollow Lake near Wallonia begins swimming picnicking and camping season this Saturday though a new bathhouse remains unfinished until June 1. The 52 937 building by Oolitic firm Bareford Hatfield Kellam includes showers restrooms and a concession room along with a long concrete patio. Lifeguards will be on duty, fees stay at 20 cents per car and per person over 12, camping a dollar a day. Gov. Welsh may attend a June dedication while Maurice Mullen runs the concession inside the bathhouse.

Band Director White Accepts New Position
James T. White, longtime Seymour Community Schools band director, resigns to lead Warren Central High School Indianapolis. He will stay in Seymour until July 1 and start at Warren Central August 1.
