Suit Filed Against TE Franz Company Over Highway 50 Crash
Mrs. Margaret Pischbach seeks 000 damages in Brownstown circuit court noting a December 1 collision on Highway 50 near Seymour. The complaint alleges the TE Franz wreck car was parked on the north side facing east with lights off then brightened before a collision that caused severe injuries including the loss of teeth and a broken jaw.

Wathleen Poster aged about 11 will be taken to the tuberculosis sanitarium at Rockville next week by county health nurse Mises Mafide Tedtine who aided the admission.
