Automobile Demolished After Crash Near Crane Hill
Mrs. Ida Reinbold and three companions were injured when a Studebaker touring car left Federal Highway No. 509, struck a telephone pole, and overturned near Crane Hill. Reinbold suffered a deep leg wound. Mrs. Margaret Cook, 85, was cut and bruised. Mrs. Ray Jones and Mrs. Clifford Reinbold also sustained injuries. Mr. Ray Jones had a severed hand cut. The car was wrecked beyond repair as flying glass caused much of the damage. The party was en route to Seymour to visit Clifford Reinbold and family.

A new automobile driven by Morgan Chamberlin 27 at the Spippincott avenue crossing was struck by a Pennsylvania express train killing five occupants. Also killed were Jack Bune 35 his wife Clara 32 their son Jack Jr 5 and daughter Adam all of Riverside. Three others in the party were injured.
