The city of Austin plans a welcome for Captain Hubert Buchanan known as Hubie as he returns from six years as a POW in North Vietnam. A banner and 500 signs will greet him at the Main street area if word reaches him to come home. Buchanan spoke with his family after landing at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
