Bond Issue For Excello Proposed
The Seymour city council adopted a preliminary resolution of intent to issue industrial revenue bonds of about 2.3 million dollars to finance a new Excello plant by Kayser Roth Corp a Gulf and Western subsidiary near Freeman Field. The plan also seeks 300 thousand dollars to fund a water line project by Seymour Water Co. Proceeds will come from payments by the two companies, not city funds, and may lower interest rates. The site sits at Airport Road and Slater Roads and plans include a 120000 square foot facility with room to expand. Water rate increases are expected due to a 6.8 percent utility profit limit approved by the Public Service Commission.

Two Louisville Men See Post Conviction Relief Reduced

Park Curfew Debate Delayed By Council Return To Committee
