State Road 58 Rebuilt at Crane With Federal Funds
State Road 58 between Bedford and Crane will be rebuilt with federal funds. Capt. Claude McCrary a 32 year old Brownstown resident and former World War II prisoner of war has entered Indiana University Bloomington for the summer term. He left a position with the Seymour district of the state highway commission and attended Brownstown High School. McCrary served 1940 to 1945 and was a Germany POW for 27 months. He will study personnel management at IU.
