Will Ask Refusal Of Taylor Extradition
Los Angeles June 17 AP The attorney for James Taylor a fugitive for twenty five years from the Indiana state prison said he would ask Governor Warren of California to refuse Taylor extradition to Indiana. Charles Blek said a pardon would be sought if refused. Taylor escaped Michigan City prison while serving life for his stepbrother murder. He was arrested on a drunk driving charge and fingerprinted.
