Two Children Die In Car Crash Near Columbus Indiana
A car collision three miles east of Columbus on Ind 46 killed two children, 10-year-old Janita Moss and six month old Bret Burton, and injured four others including their mother Mrs Raymond Burton. State police said loss of control while calming passengers led to the crash into a bridge abutment. The injured were treated at Bartholomew County Hospital. Trooper Dallas Norman led the investigation.

A Louisville man was examined for a possible shoulder injury after a racing car overturned in Browns Town.
