Funeral Rites Today For Lloyd Johnson 52
Funeral services for Lloyd Johnson 52 of Columbus were conducted this afternoon at Dowd Funeral Home North Vernon with Rev Harold Mohler in charge. Burial was in Vernon cemetery. Johnson died Saturday morning at Bartholomew County Hospital after a heart attack. He had lived in Columbus and worked as a machinist at Cummins Engine Company. He was born February 14 1903 in New Washington, son of James B and Ella Gray Johnson. Survivors include his wife May and daughter Karen at home a step son Jack Stearns of North Vernon and two step daughters Marilyn Euler of North Vernon and Joan Amick.
