Child Fatally Injured By Milk Truck Here
A sixteen month old boy, Donald Lewis Burke, was fatally injured when he crawled in front of a Snyder's Dairy milk truck at the Tipton Inn on East Tipton street. Albert H. Aufenberg, driver, did not see the child. The accident occurred about 11:30 this morning. the child died from a head injury after being taken to a physician's office. Burial plans and parental obituaries follow.

Trials of Albert Greenwell Luther Eisele and Leonard Boles charged with carrying liquor into a public place were heard at 7 o clock Thursday night before Mayor Stanley A Switzer and taken under advisement.
