Cases Against Two Men Continued To Saturday
Two men pleaded not guilty in city court before Mayor Donald L. Herwig and had their cases continued to 10 o clock Saturday morning. Hiram Smith Jr 23 Browns town was arrested at 12 45 am at the corner of St Louis avenue and Chestnut street on a public intoxication charge. Boyne Williams 25 Seymour was arrested at 1 10 pm Wednesday in the 100 block of East Laurel street on a disorderly conduct charge.

First Summer Concert Opens Park Series Tonight
