Death After Fight Under Jury Probe
An elderly Jennings county man died after a fight with another Muscatatuck state hospital attendant. The Jennings county grand jury will investigate the death of John L. McIntire 77 of North Vernon, who died in Bartholomew County Hospital after injuries from a May 25-27 incident at the Muscatatuck institution near Butlerville. Attendant Emil Huelson has been suspended with no charges filed yet. coroner Dr Marvin R. Davis will issue an autopsy-based report.
