Brothers Are Fined Plead Guilty in Justice Court
John and George Tuttle of Columbus pleaded guilty to possession of a trammel net in Justice William Schroyer’s Browns Town court. Each man was fined 23 dollars, arrested Friday night by fish and game wardens Otto Kain George Abel Robert Davis and Gale Crozier, and jailed in Brownstown until arraignment.

Crothersville man jailed after guilty plea on intoxication
Clyde Haulk of Crothersville was fined 45 for intoxication and 13 for resisting an officer and sentenced to six months at the penal farm. He was taken to Brownstown jail Monday to await transfer to Putnamville, with Sheriff Meredith K Stewart saying he would be moved in a few days after the arrest Saturday night by Marshal Sampson Mitchell who allegedly struck him during the arrest.

Sewer Work Resumes After Short Delay on Third Street Projects
