Waddles Condition Still Serious After Jersey Bull Goring
William H. Waddle aged 66 remains in serious condition after being gored by a Jersey bull at a farm four miles south of Elizabethtown. He was feeding hay when the animal charged, piercing his left thigh with a deep horn wound large enough for a hand. The bull tossed him into a manger and another bruising followed.
