Burke Pleads Guilty To Larceny Charge
An 18 year old Seymour youth named Danny Richard Burke appeared in Jackson Circuit Court and pled guilty to grand larceny before Judge John M. Lewlis. He was arrested Friday morning by city police in a Seymour state police case and handed to Det. Sgt. Harold E. Chambers who led the power chain saw theft inquiry. The judge held sentence pending a pre sentence investigation by Jackson County probation officer Robert L. Bennett.
