Roy Lancaster CIO organizer pleaded not guilty to adultery and was bound over to Jackson circuit court. A woman identified as Mrs. Ethel Burrell pleaded guilty to a similar charge and was also bound over. Both faces $1,000 bonds and were jailed in Seymour after arrest at the Hardesty Hotel. Lancaster called the charge ridiculous and announced potential false arrest suit.
