Aurora Lawyer Dies Sudden on B and O Train
Cassius W. McMullen about fifty five prominent Aurora Indiana attorney and district attorney for the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad died on a B and O train between Vincennes and Seymour. He was dead when a local physician reached him and had fallen ill in St Louis the day before. He served as railroad legal representative in Dearborn Switzerland Jennings and Jackson counties and was unmarried. He attended Indiana University and belonged to Sigma Chi. The body was sent to Aurora.

Eleven year old Harry J. Rucker son of Mr. and Mrs. Bert Rucker drowned after evidently falling into a cistern by the barn while playing with a new Christmas BB gun. Coroner William A. Dickimeyer ruled accidental drowning. He survived by parents two brothers Carl and Walter and sister Ruth. Funeral arrangements not set.
