Kieser-VonFange nuptials held in Columbus R8 church
Stephen Kieser and Carol VonFange united in a double ring ceremony at Redeemer Lutheran on December 15 at 3 PM officiated by Rev. Ottis Sauls. Bride wore a white lace trimmed dress with veil and carried a white orchid and rose Bible. Attendants included Cheryl VonFange and David Kieser. A reception in the Lutheran Clubhouse followed. Out-of-town guests traveled from Grove City New Albany Brimfield and Indianapolis. The couple, both SSHS graduates, work at The H C Canfield Co Inc in Freeman Field and were hosted at a rehearsal dinner with family and friends.

First Baptist Church class led by Ivan Webster rode a church bus to Broad Acres Restaurant near North Vernon for a Christmas dinner party after a brief business session. The group included many couples, guests and the class teacher Mrs Emhuff. Extension agronomists from Purdue note that trenching and back filling with gravel may improve lawn drainage, aiding grass growth and early spring maintenance.
