Arraignment Set For Jones In Columbus Murder Case
Robert Paul Jones 31 of Columbus is to be arraigned Monday at 3 30 p m in Bartholomew Circuit Court on three counts of first degree murder two of which involve victims in Seymour and Columbus The judge overruled a defense motion to dismiss and indicated a possible change of venue may be sought The death penalty does not apply to these charges and Jones remains jailed without bond The case follows a November 9 shooting at Paul Smiths Cafe and involves two additional deaths two weeks earlier
