Mrs Mary Wigington aged seventy seven of Englewood New Jersey died suddenly at her home after a stroke. Born in Seymour March 13 1878 she was the daughter of Joseph and Catherine Stein wife of E M Wigington who died in 1922. She is survived by her father a daughter Iris Tinee Palisades Park two sisters Rose DeArmond and Catherine Allen and a brother Sylvester Stein. Funeral plans not learned likely burial in Loreal cemetery.

Trio arraigned in local court on intoxication and resisting charge
Three men appeared before Mayor C W Burkart in Seymour city court. Willard Burton 22 Crothersville pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was fined 11 including costs. Bulger Rites To Be Held Today
Funeral services for John J. Bulger 52, a former city resident, will be held Friday in Indianapolis. He died Tuesday night in Indianapolis after bronchial pneumonia. Burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. He was born January 10, 1883, and moved to Indianapolis 34 years ago. He and his brother Peter L. Bulger ran a grocery business and he once received a top Indianapolis grocer trophy in 1922. He was president of Central States Canning Company and a member of St. Joan of Arc church, Knights of Columbus, Kiwanis, the Chamber of Commerce and the Elks. Survived by widow Dora Seyfort Bulger, two sons John L. and Thomas R. Bulger, brother Peter L. Bulger, and three aunts and an uncle.

Fire damages Seymour area home near basement blaze
A house owned by Mr. and Mrs. H. K. Dannettelle about two and a half miles southeast of Seymour sustained minor fire damage in the basement area. The blaze was quelled by the home's water system with little impact on the first floor. Seymour fire trucks did not respond since the residence lies outside city limits. Mr. Dannettelle, formerly a city street commissioner, has lived on a nearby farm for over a year.
