Barriger Dies At 88 In Seymour After Illness
F H Barriger, 88, of 722 North Chestnut Street, Seymour, died Tuesday at Sehneck Memorial Hospital after a week with pneumonia. Funeral at 9 am Thursday from Voss Mortuary with Rev A A Cohn of First Baptist Church. Burial in a Shelbyville cemetery. Survived by eight children, siblings, fourteen grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren. Friends may call at Voss Mortuary.

Triple Funeral Services Held For Eshom Family
Triple funeral services were held for Mr and Mrs Robert M Eshom and their nine month old son Robert Franklin at Medora United Brethren Church. The Rev C Melver officiated with Eastern Star rites and a full church crowd. The procession went to Lebanon for additional services conducted by Mason Lodge members. Mrs Fiham, elected Worthy Matron in Medora Eastern Star, was killed in the same train crash that killed the Eshoms. Mr Eshom was Jackson County adult education supervisor under the governor's unemployment relief commission.

The plan would extend toward Cortland Freetown and Maumee, shorten travel to Bloomington, and open new outlets. The routing begins near Bloomington east of the Kerr place then travels south to Maumee Jackson county then to Houston then east to intersect Highway 35 then southeast to Cortland and east to Seymour about forty miles total.

Miss Sophia Holtman age forty six died Monday night at Madison after a twelve year illness. A Jackson county native born January 3 1888 she lived in Seymour until twelve years ago. She was daughter of Henry and Minnie Detterd Holtman Germans born. Funeral Thursday at 2 pm from the Voss Mortuary with Rev E H Eggers in charge burial in Lutheran Cemetery. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Two brothers John Holtman Madison and William H Holtman Indianapolis survive.

Mrs Emma M Nuss aged 65 of 325 South Carter street died at 2 10 this morning after a two year illness. She was a longtime resident of the city, member of the First Baptist Church and Riverview Cemetery rites planned. Born May 7 1860 she married George Nuss in 1914 and survived by her husband, a son from a prior marriage, seven stepchildren fourteen grandchildren and numerous relatives.
