Rosa Lane Allman of Brownstown will become treasurer and Charles Tom Cummings of Norman will become commissioner at the Brownstown Lions Hall event. Jury Lists To Be Drawn On Monday In Jackson County
Jackson County jury commissioners reappointed by Judge John M. Lewis will meet Monday December 30 at the county courthouse to draw 40 petit jury names and 12 grand jury names for the January term of Jackson Circuit Court. The January term is scheduled through February end. Herman Tidd of Seymour appeared in court on charges including operating a motor vehicle under the influence and public intoxication with bond set at $1000. He was ordered to have an attorney within seven days. He was arrested Saturday on U S 50 at Crane Hill west of Seymour by state police from the Seymour post.
