Circuit court is dismissed for Christmas vacation. After a busy day yesterday the court adjourned and will not convene until Tuesday. Mrs Ruth Hammond remains in the county jail at Brownstown awaiting trial and Lawrence Higgins, indicted for transporting and possessing liquor, is held on a $1500 bond pending arraignment in circuit court.

William H. Keith age 72 died at his home 628 West Brown street this morning after six months of illness. Born March 5 1855 in Scott county he moved here in 1887 and married Martha Robbins in Seymour in 1895. Survived by wife James B. Keith of Indianapolis and sister Mrs Emma Mitchell of Indianapolis. Funeral arrangements to be announced.
