Three Injured In Two Mishaps West of City
Three persons were injured and two escaped injury in two Jackson county accidents Wednesday night. Carylone Killion, 16, was moved to Methodist Hospital Indianapolis for a compound fracture of the left arm and other injuries after an automobile she rode in was struck by a westbound Baltimore and Ohio freight train at Hangman’s crossing west of Seymour. H L DeMille, 19, escaped injury when the train hit the auto, turning it and leaving it in a ditch. a wooden railroad warning sign was broken.
