Seymour board of public works and safety met in the common council chamber and won approval of a police officer dismissal with suspension and removal for Captain Jackie R Nowling for conduct unbecoming an officer and disobedience while acquitting him of misuse of funds. Two Downtown Crashes Leave Six Injured in Seymour
