Four indictments were returned as the grand jury, still in session at Brownstown, learned today. Conner Adams of Norman Station was arrested on one indictment for assault and battery with intent to rape and is held for arraignment. Three warrants not issued yet. Court reconvened Monday. Grand jury was asked to investigate the shooting of Lee Mallins during a July 31, 1930 liquor raid. no action taken. One new circuit case filed: John Hl Combs vs Alfred Combs et al to set aside deed and recover money.

Woman Hurt In Automobile Crash Near Reddington
A woman sustained injuries and two men suffered minor bruises when two cars collided and overturned on the Reddington road about two miles north of the city at 2:45 this afternoon. The injured woman was taken to town by a passing motorist. Ben Fox of Reddington, driver of one car, was only slightly bruised. The other two names were not learned.

In Copenhagen, December 20, about forty people are believed dead after the Finnish liners Oberon and Arcturus collided near Laso Island and sank. Oberon stayed afloat minutes.
