Key 73 Rally Planned Sunday in Seymour
Phase One of the year long evangelistic effort Key 73 starts with a 3 p m community gathering at Second and Chestnut. About 12 churches and residents will join a sound truck at 2 45 p m for music and a march with banners leading to singing. The Rev Don Kastner presides with Jim McAbee performing, followed by Kellogg explaining the program and prayer. The half hour closes with Sweet, Sweet Spirit. A noon prayer call runs December 25 through January 5.

County Board to Close Year In Special Session
County board of commissioners will meet in special session at 9 a m Wednesday to wrap up unfinished business before year end. Secretary Lynn Roberts Jr said any on record matters will be finalized.
