Roney Baker, 23, of Austin, jailed at 2:45 a m on public intoxication after a 400 block Ewing street arrest by Sgt. Donald Scott. Earl E. Thompson, 28, of Crothersville, cited Friday for speeding in a posted zone by Capt. Paul Cooper and Officer Maurice Rose in the 700 block West Tipton street.
