In Jackson Circuit Court on Tuesday two men from Austin Leland Hall and Jerry Donnell pleaded guilty to theft tied to cattle rustling from the Arthur Bishop farm near Dudleytown in November. Sentencing set for 9 a.m. Thursday after a pre sentence investigation. Bohall received 30 days at Putnamville state farm and a 250 dollar fine plus costs for a second DUI offense with license suspension recommended.
