Moses Lake Washington December 18. The XB47 stratojet, described as potentially the world's most powerful plane, made its initial test hop on the 44th anniversary of the Wright brothers flight. The 60 ton Boeing bomber flew from Seattle to Moses Lake, a 50 minute idle along 145 miles. Pilot Robert Robbins said the aircraft is a very easy airplane to fly and could take off again immediately.
