Woman Killed In One Car 1 65 Crash Near Seymour
A Warsaw woman Kathryn I Bibler 20 died in a one car crash on Interstate 65 south of Seymour at 11 50 p m Tuesday. The car ran off the right side struck a concrete waterway rolled in a ditch. Police said she apparently fell asleep at the wheel. A dog belonging to Bibler was cared for by state police until relatives arrived. Troopers Mickey E Hudson Richard D Barker and David Anderson and Jackson County coroner Keith Burkholder investigated.

Board Sets Hearing Saturday on Eighth Street Assessment
The Board of Public Works met Tuesday at 5 p m to adopt the Eighth Street assessment role from Emerson Drive to Van Fange Ditch. A hearing for remonstrances is set for Saturday December 20 at 10 30 am. The board also noted a summons in a remonstrance annexation case under Ordinance 1572 west of Wehstage Road north of New Ford Road.
