On the first day of Jackson Circuit Court December term nine criminal docket dismissals occurred and four new actions were filed. A new suit by John J. Funeral services for Mrs Hat tie Kline of 3558 Graceland avenue will be held with an Indianapolis service at 8 p m Wednesday and a local service at 10 a m Thursday. Mary H. Zickler 75 widow of Albert A. Zickler died at 3 this morning at her daughter Edna Shirley's home 937 West Fifth Street. A lifelong Jackson county resident she was born January 27 1867 in Sauers to John and Elizabeth Uin. She had six surviving children including Lala Zickler who drowned in 1926. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church.
