Josiah Harding Andrews III died at Johns Hopkins Hospital from chronic nephritis after an operation. He was an electrical engineer and assistant manager of Appalachian Power in Pulaski Virginia. Survived by wife Selma Madrin and his parents, siblings, and others in Indiana, Detroit, and New York. Funeral Tuesday at his aunt’s home in Seymour with burial in Riverview Cemetery.

Bearded bandit stages hold up in Seymour
A pedestrian was held up near Seventh and Ewing streets by a mustached robber at 9:30 PM Saturday. He stole $1.10 and the billfold containing receipts and keys.
