Patton Gibson a sixty five year old resident of Little York was shot and killed around 12:30 Sunday following a farm dispute. Ples Spurlock and John Spurlock, identified as suspects, fled in a car after Gibson was shot in the yard with a double barreled shotgun and a pistol. Authorities say the men were last seen in their car in year Austin and have not yet been captured.
