Roy Charles Topps and Katharine Plue were returned to New Albany this afternoon to face charges after a county raid. Topps, age 33, was arrested near Brownstown on State Road 135 at 2:05 this morning for first degree murder in the death of 82 year old Harrison county widower William Turner.
