Thomas J. Sergent Jr 25 Hazel Park Mich sought for questioning in the slayings of Milton Moeller 56 Phoenix Ariz and Mildred Moeller 55 near Seymour last September was captured near Oscoda Michigan. He and his sister Patricia 22 Madison Heights Mich were spotted at a gas station on US 23. Sergent was arraigned in Flint on charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for murder and interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle.
