Miss Louise Jacobs daughter of Mr and Mrs E T Jacobs of this city sustained serious carbolic acid burns to her arms and legs while serving as nurse in the operating room of Baptist hospital Louisville. Sister Margaret Jacobs telegraphed the parents and Mrs Jacobs went to Louisville to be with her. Both girls are in training and Louise was recently promoted to operating room duties.
