Death of Henry L. Gaiser After Auto Crash in Seymour
Henry L. Gaiser aged 92, a Seymour nurseryman and long time resident, died about an hour after being struck by a car driven by neighbor Peter Richart on a Walnut street crossing. The German-born man had operated a truck garden and nursery since 1862 and drove his own market wagon daily. He died of internal injuries from the accident, with funeral set at St. Ambrose Church and burial in the Catholic cemetery.
