Milk thefts alleged by city police arrest
Charles Bryant age twenty two was taken into custody Friday for the theft of milk from city porches, learned today from Julius H Harlow Seymour chief of police. Milk belonging to two dairies recovered by city police was allegedly stolen by the youth. Local dairies have reported many bottles of milk disappeared from porches during the past days and officers are determined to stop the practice.
