Convicted Here Rans $83 Fine And 60 Days Jail
Clarence L. Foley of Louisville was convicted in Jackson Circuit Court Browns on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. His license was revoked 90 days, he paid 83.50 in fines and costs and received 60 days in jail. Driving privileges were revoked for a year. May L. W. Oliver of Franklin posted the fines following Foley’s arrest by Officer Otha E. Bishop of the Seymour state police post Edinburg.

Funeral services for Guy Foist of Seymour were held at Kingston Christian Church with Rev. William DeHart officiating. Burial followed at Bedlington Cemetery. Foist, ill for ten years, is survived by his widow two sons two daughters five sisters ten grandchildren and other relatives.
