Youth Given Year Term For Theft Of Auto
James Snyder a 16 year old of Brown County was sentenced to one year at the state penal farm by Judge John M. Lewis in Jackson Circuit Court on a vehicle taking charge. The youth pleaded guilty and had a pre sentence investigation ordered. He had admitted probation in Brown Circuit Court for a similar offense and was captured after abandoning a stolen car in Cincinnati. The case involved an automobile stolen from Seymour near the Elks Club. Noble Jaynes faced a separate charge with bond set at 5000 dollars and arraignment pending.
