Yule Fund Under Way to Aid Local Families
The 55th annual Christmas Basket Fund, backed by Seymour American Legion Post 89 and Seymour Daily Tribune, seeks donations to supply baskets of canned foods meats and groceries to needy Seymour families. Jackson County approves ambulance and landfill contracts
Jackson County commissioners signed 1974 contracts for ambulance service with Ross Med-Aid at a $60,000 subsidy and for three landfills in eastern and western county areas.
