Seymour council approves pool bills and new engineer appointment

Born May 9 1922 in Jackson county she attended Dudley town Lutheran School and was a member of Dudleytown Lutheran Church. Survived by parents and one brother Leonard. Funeral 130 Monday from home then 2 at Dudleytown Lutheran Church with Rev Hasz. Burial Dudleytown Lutheran Cemetery.

Dr Haas Acquitted In Rabbits Case
Dr R G Haas of this city was acquitted of unlawful possession of rabbits after a trial before William Tuell Seymour justice of the peace in the city council chamber. The jury of 12, including foreman Harry Miller and members John Otte Chauncey Hague and others, deliberated about an hour. John M Lewis defended Haas with Allen Nierman prosecuting.
