Overnight thieves broke into seven Seymour residents garages on West Second and West Fourth streets stealing tools and small motors. Trinity Church Observes Eleventh Anniversary Building Event

Anis A Ebaugh aged seventy eight, a former Jackson county resident, died suddenly November 24 at his Waterloo Iowa home. He had suffered heart disease and long illness but had shown some improvement. He is survived by his widow, three sons, a daughter and ten grandchildren. He belonged to the Donkard church in Waterloo with burial at Orange Center Cemetery.

Mrs. Mabel Pfaffenberger and children of Seymour sue the City of Seymour and Standard Accident Insurance for compensation after their husband and father John Pfaffenberger, a Seymour policeman, was killed by robbers during a traffic stop.
