Auto Stolen Here Is Found at Louisville
A 1939 model coupe belonging to William F. Baird Cortland Al was stolen here November 12 and recovered in Louisville police learned today. The car, apparently in running condition but with keys missing, is in custody of Louisville police. State police were notified and they in turn notified city police. The car was taken from a parking space on Walnut street between Second and Third streets.

Fort Wayne worker Franklin Click was found guilty of first degree murder in the rape slaying of 17 year old Phyllis Conine and was sentenced to die in the electric chair at Michigan City State Prison on March 27. The jury reached its verdict at 3 42 a m after late deliberations. Judge William H. Schannen imposed the sentence at 4 15 a m.

May Ordered to Jail Saturday for Wartime Bribery
Former Rep Andrew J May along with Henry A Garsson and Murray Garsson were ordered to begin eight to 24 months in jail.
