Medora Fire Destroys Hotel and Adjacent Buildings
A large fire in Medora early today destroyed the Lock Beem Hotel and a nearby two story dwelling after spreading from a blacksmith shop and filling station owned by G Washington Smith. About seven thousand to eight thousand dollars in damage occurred as Brownstown and Medora fire crews and about fifty CCC volunteers fought the blaze.
