Philip Laugel 58 died suddenly at home 125 West Chestnut Jeffersonville of heart disease. Three Boy Scouts Robert Glenn Tyler Grey and William La Due clung 400 feet up Wallface mountain for two days before rescuers hoisted them to a higher ledge and brought them down. A separate Watkins Glen deer on a six day ledge resisted all rescue efforts due to fear of humans and a photographer's presence.
