Funeral Rites Held For John Fleetwood
Funeral services for John Fleetwood 79 retired farmer of Norman were held at the Christian Church in Norman with Rev. Paul Fleetwood presiding. Burial followed in Pleasant Hill Cemetery Fayetteville. He died Sunday at Schneck Memorial Hospital after seven days of illness from a cerebral hemorrhage. Born December 1870 in Jackson county, he was the son of William Henry and Elizabeth Arthur Fleetwood. Survived by widow Stella Raines Fleetwood two daughters Myrtle Reed Indianapolis and Delpha Henderson Bedford one brother Elmer Fleetwood Heltonville three sisters Charlotte Mikels Logansport Lucy Adams Franklin and Burley Crouch Nineveh and five grandchildren.
